Journal
Economology
Journal is an international journal dedicated to the
publication of high quality, peer-reviewed articles on
all aspects of ecology, environmental economy, linkages
between economy and ecology, philosophy of nature and
special issues on topics of current interest. The aim of
the journal is to provide an interdisciplinary approach,
freely available for all, to the study of ecology and
economy and their interconnections. This journal
encourages submission of papers that integrate natural
and economical theories, new economical and ecological
approaches and significant philosophical and scientific
ideas about nature.
The journal wants to promote a new system of
publication without languages limitations (articles
submitted in Italian and French and not only in English
will be translated) and without fees to pay
to publish and read the articles.
Economology Journal has not fixed
periodical issues but it is published when reach a
minimum of 10 papers.
Economology Journal will publish researches
into the following areas:
• Complex ecosystems evolution in
ecological and economical scale
• Ecological analyses in economical contexts
• Economical analyses in ecological contexts
• Combinated approaches to Economy and Ecology
• Human Development and Environment
• Studies towards an economology of complex systems

The papers that should appear in this journal are
characterized by:
• Economology related to the
environment or human development
• Inter disciplinarity (e.g. biology, ecology, economy,
environmental science, mathematics, modelling)
• Integration of natural and social processes in space
and time
